Our Rental Spaces

All rental rooms are housed in our Annex Building,
located directly behind our 
Administrative Offices.

The Rush Center strives to provide great rental spaces at fair rates with convenient amenities, especially for organizations whose main purpose is to serve and host events, programming, and organizations that support the LGBTQ+ community.  Because we are a community meeting space, we ask that you be respectful of the shared common areas and other groups who may also be renting the space at the same time.

The Rush Center Annex Building has three separate rental spaces: the Event Room, the Training Room, and the Conference Room.  All three rooms are connected to a shared lobby/entrance area with access to a kitchenette and two gender-neutral restrooms.  Each of our three rental rooms are reserved individually with a minimum of a 2-hour timeline.  If you would like exclusive use of the Annex Building, then you would need to reserve all three rooms for the dates and times needed.

Event Room

Square footage: 1400 sq. ft.
Capacity of 100 people, seated.
Included in the Event Room:

  • One A/V receiver with four surround-sound speakers.
  • One overhead projector.
  • 90 black chairs.
  • 18 rectangular tables (2 feet wide and 5.5 feet long).
  • 5 round tables (60 inches in diameter).

Training Room

Capacity of 25 people (seated, theater style) or 15 people (seated, classroom style).
Included in the Training Room:

  • One large screen monitor equipped with HDMI and VGA cables to connect to your laptop or tablet device.
  • Two 4ft x 6ft dry erase boards.
  • 20 chairs and 6 rectangular tables which can be arranged according to your groups needs.

Conference Room

Set up with a large, executive boardroom table, the Conference Room is great for board/staff/committee meetings, interviews, and small trainings.  The Conference room seats 8 comfortably, with a maximum capacity of ten people.  Wi-Fi access information is provided, as well as a 4 ft x 6 ft dry erase board.  There is not any A/V equipment included with a rental of the Conference Room, but there is a charging station with power strips mounted to the table.

Monday –  Friday between the hours of 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
